Refund & Subscription Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
All sales of digital products, including digital magazine subscriptions, downloadable content, and digital access products, are final.
Because digital content is delivered immediately or near-immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

2. AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For eligible physical products, refund or replacement requests may be considered for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Defective merchandise

Requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable content
  • Opened wellness products
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

5. SHIPPING
At this time, Chakra Cozy ships only within the United States.
